Taylor & Viola's Structural Engineers are experienced in designing complete building systems including complex structures and structural components The firm is fully computerized and currently utilizes AutoCAD Architecture 2020, AutoCAD Revit Structure 2020, RAM Elements and Structural Systems, EnerCalc, RetainPro and SDS/2 Structural Steel Detailing Software.

There are 92 one bedrooms units with 92 two bedrooms units making that a total of 194 units.
That also includes balconies for each unit.

These 10 apartment buildings are on-campus student housing, each building is 3 stories with 4 units per floor.
Each unit consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a common area.
