Boettcher Painting
Aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound, mass timber can benefit both large and small projects. Our webinar recordings and materials for Water-Wastewater professionals are now available on demand. After interviewing over 60 clients from several disciplines, we learned that there are many pressing issues facing our industry. We are an employee-owned, professional services firm based in Montana, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington.

Our four Core Values, integrity, commitment, respect, and excellence, are central to our culture and guide us in our personal and professional endeavors. We have a wide variety of capabilities in civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, science, survey, and planning. Our eight market groups work collaboratively to create solutions that build in-house, multi-disciplinary project experiences.

John Morrison and Joe Maierle met while working for the Bridge Division of the Montana Highway Department in the 1930s.
Back then, Montana lacked interstates, bridges, and modern-day transportation systems.
In fact in many parts of the state, transportation was nothing more than single-lane, dirt roads.
Conversations and collaborations at work made John and Joe realize they shared a common goal-they wanted to create solutions to help pull Montana "out of the mud."
So they put their passion to the test, and in 1945 built a start-up business housed in John's home.
Engineering consultants need a process for checking in with their clients at the end of projects and throughout the process.
For more than 75 years, Morrison-Maierle has steadily built relationships within the aviation community.
We deliver quality projects that meet our airport and Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training center clients' needs and in order to comply with federal and state regulations.
Morrison-Maierle's civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers combine their talents to create comfortable, healthy, energy efficient, LEED-certified, and productive spaces.
Our staff of airport engineers, planners, and construction representatives provides a full range of services including grant administration, planning, design, and construction management.
From our work with regional architectural and planning firms on terminal expansion and in-house work with our buildings, environmental, geotechnical, and survey employees, our staff has a proven track record for beginning-to-end project success.
Morrison-Maierle has more than 20 years of experience in the development of Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training centers.
Transforming a parcel of land from its existing use to a proposed development requires versatility, technical depth, and a common-sense approach.
Morrison-Maierle's team of engineers, surveyors, planners, and scientists have the experience to create and plan developments that will be approved and are timely, cost-effective, and provide a benefit to surrounding communities.
We offer a full range of services and the visioning, communication, and regulatory expertise necessary to produce a comprehensive design for both development and redevelopment projects.
