As president of Principal Engineering, Inc., Mr. DiFranco is responsible for all daily operations ensuring the highest quality product is delivered on time and within the established budget.
He has completed drainage, roadway, sewer and water infrastructure plans and specifications for a variety of municipal/public and private clients and submitted numerous grant applications for drainage and transportation improvements.
His design experience includes water, wastewater, drainage and street projects to include residential and commercial land development projects.

In July of 2011, Principal Engineering has just completed the first phase of a roadway improvement project for the City of Mandeville.
The project included the mill and overlay of city streets and the replacement of concrete panels city wide.
In January of 2011, St. Bernard Parish Government awarded a contract to Principal Engineering to design and perform construction management services for major improvements to Torres Park to include two custom gazebos, boat and bait renal building, pond dredging, playground equipment, pedestrian bridge, boat pier, amusement feature (monkey hill), parking lot design, etc.
