Almost 40 years ago, Willy Van Hemert, PE, had an unorthodox idea.
He believed he could create a firm that would become a leader in Alaska civil engineering.
Willy's idea was different because he thought in order to be successful, he needed happy employees.
Willyisms are the foundation of CRW.
They continue to be the principles that direct our business decisions and guide our staff on a daily basis.
