JHI is a modest-sized company that has grown conservatively over the years, largely through projects brought in by the firm's reputation and repeat clients. The firm began as a group of specialists in pulp and paper mill projects.
Our continuing expertise and longstanding relationships with clients in that industry remain highly important to us. We maintain four departments: Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, and Project/Construction Management, with resources that normally enable us to perform projects completely in-house.
