Our Construction Manager is present during all the subcontractor meetings, as well as internal meetings, and is assisting with project safety as every Team Member does. FIS is one of the world's leading providers of financial technology. The new $145 million headquarters building is expected to be 12 stories with approximately 300,000 square feet of space.
The expansion will stimulate the local economy and provide 500 high-wage jobs for Floridians. This important investment for our State and the Jacksonville community reaffirms Florida's position as a hub for the financial services industry.

C&ES is authorized by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to offer professional engineering services in the state of Florida.
The firm holds DBE certifications from Florida Department of Transportation and Jacksonville Small Business Enterprise.

C&ES has full in-house capabilities for civil and site engineering with the ability and experience to hire and supervise sub-consultants in the other engineering disciplines, architecture, landscape architecture, land surveying, geotechnical engineering, and specialty consultants such as ecologists, environmental remediation experts, required for our design efforts.
In a typical site design project, for example, we will provide preliminary engineering reports and feasibility studies; due diligence assistance; supervision of surveyors to obtain a complete boundary and topographic survey of the site; engineering analysis and calculations; engineering and site design; engineering estimates; preparation of a full set of construction plans and specifications for submittal to regulatory and permitting agencies required for construction.
