Welka, P.E., P.L.S. has been performing land surveying, and civil engineering design since 1984.
Jim is a graduate of McDowell High School, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) in Civil Engineering. A Pennsylvania State Licensed Professional Engineer, and Professional Land Surveyor, Jim, along with his brother Mark, sister Marcia, experienced staff of field surveyors, and office technicians have the skill, and expertise to handle your residential, and commercial needs.
