J A Mills began it's operations in July of 2013 in order to provide electrical, mechanical and plumbing engineering services. The firm is incorporated in the State of Texas and is located in San Antonio. J A Mills provides MEP services in multiple markets including Healthcare, Commercial, Government, Retail, Hospitality, Venues, Transportation, Industrial, Critical Infrastructure and others.
We strive to maintain a culture of continuous learning, enrichment and empowerment. We believe that Senior Leadership should lead through mentorship; that Junior leaders lead through new ideas and engagement. While check-listing can be a quantitative support tool, quality comes from a solid understanding behind engineering decisions. We foster better engineering by encouraging and supporting new work methods such as hoteling, teaming and work-from-home.
