Founded in 2018, Solis Engineering Co. provides municipal and state agencies, educational institutions, private clients, and Native American Tribes with Civil Engineering services based in Tucson, Arizona. We tailor our services to fit our Clients' needs, budget, and timeline. Over the past 19 years, Owner and Manager Rick Solis, PE has successfully served numerous Federal, State, County, Municipal, and Tribal Agencies.
