Blue Ridge Engineering PLLC is a land development planning and design firm located in North Wilkesboro, NC. Our mission is to "Provide Superior Quality Professional Land Development Services". We provide surveying, planning, engineering, environmental, and permitting services. We focus on the entire land development project rather than one specific discipline.
By providing a full range of professional services, we are able to focus on the entire project, eliminating many disadvantages of having multiple firms with overlapping responsibilities. Blue Ridge Engineering was formed in 2001 with the initial focus to assist clients with their land development planning and engineering needs. Surveying, geotechnical and environmental services were added at the urging of our clients to streamline project due diligence, design, permitting and construction.
Our offices are located in downtown North Wilkesboro. The principal of the firm is C. Neil Shepherd, one of the firm's founding members. Mr. Shepherd is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and a licensed professional land surveyor (PLS).
