Structural Engineers Incorporated (SEI) is a structural design and consulting firm founded in 1990 by Sam Koerper and Jerome Fishpaw. SEI specializes in the design of new commercial building projects as well as the remodel, improvements, and retrofit of existing buildings. We are licensed and registered in the Western United States. SEI engineers are experienced in designing structures using steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
Our extensive portfolio includes a wide range of project types including office, technology, mixed-use, healthcare, parking garages, retail, seismic retrofit, market-ready, warehouse, and corporate campuses.
