Services
Australia's most expensive building, the new Royal Adelaide Hospital involved the design and construction of a 170,000 m2 high-rise hospital, delivered for SA Health as a public-private partnership.
The Box Hill Hospital redevelopment involved design and construction of a new ten-storey 52,000 m2 clinical services building (Building A) as well as the refurbishment of the existing hospital (Building B).
In NZ, determinations may be made by the Chief Executive of MBIE as to whether matters comply with the building code, and/or whether an authority has correctly exercised a power.

Tony came highly recommended by our legal firm after a complicated and potentially extremely costly fire safety issue was raised just prior to obtaining our Occupancy Permit.
Tony took full control of the situation and managed to complete reports, provide expert advice to the Building Appeals Board and MFB and obtained the best possible outcome we could have hoped for our project.
I couldn't recommend Tony enough to anyone needing expert advice.
Tony was a key part of our winning bid on the $2B NRAH project; real experience and understanding in his field and integrated into the wider design team easily.
