Performa
Performa is a purpose-driven, fully integrated architecture, engineering and design firm that gives purpose the space to thrive. For over 25 years, Performa's team of planners, architects and engineers have provided clients with transformational outcomes, in their organizations and their environments. We work hard to uncover our clients' larger purpose and their long-term goals so we can better embrace the complex challenges each project presents.

Better questions deliver better results through our Listen. Engage. Design process. Our clients receive thoughtful, practical and transformational solutions that not only fulfill their needs; they serve our clients' larger purpose. Headquartered in De Pere, Wisconsin, the firm serves clients in over 46 states. In addition to Wisconsin, Performa has an office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Services
Space is the freedom to live, think, and develop in a way that suits someone or something.
Thrive means to flourish.
It's a verb.
An action.
It means to grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way as the result of a particularly favorable environment.
We give purpose the space to thrive by employing an engaging and collaborative planning and design process that builds consensus, creates momentum, and achieves solutions that advance our clients' purpose.
We call it Listen.
We inspire potential through integrated architecture, engineering and design.
Genuine and engaging, Doug is one of Performa's founders and has more than 30 years of experience and valuable perspective in the architectural and engineering practice.
His integrity, patience, and conviction help drive the success of the firm's most dynamic and large-scale projects, including those in corporate, law enforcement, and higher education.
In addition, his ability to resolve the most complex construction challenges with contracting methodologies and cost-saving strategies makes him a highly regarded resource to clients and their consultants alike.
In 1995, Doug Page, Jeff Kanzelberger and a small, tight-knit group of architects and engineers decided our industry was craving a different and better way.
At the time, our industry was much more interested in design awards than creating transformational outcomes.
It's not about award-winning architecture.
It's about serving clients in any way that helps them connect their capital asset decisions to their business strategy.
This doesn't mean we don't care about great architecture; rather, it is the order of their importance.
Performa has partnered with Gut+Science, a weekly show with the nation's greatest leaders and CEO's on a sub-series of podcasts that we'll be sharing in the coming months.
Each episode will focus on the connection between the leader, their organization's purpose, and how intentionally designed physical workspace has been a powerful tool in helping Give their Purpose the Space to Thrive.
Meet Craig Dickman, the Managing Director at TitletownTech, a venture capital organization that empowers, supports, and invests in entrepreneurs throughout their startup journey.
Our multidisciplinary team examines our clients' needs through an integrated lens, with PURPOSE at its center.
We view our relationships as a continuum and serve our clients in many different ways, from helping PLAN an environment, developing DESIGN solutions, partnering with builders to CONSTRUCT physical assets and ensuring those assets PERFORM well into the future.
As the relationship continuum illustrates, we begin with purpose at the heart of everything we do - linking our clients' capital asset decisions to business strategy.
