Originally started to serve clients' Power Engineering requirements, in 1985 our clients expressed an additional need for Communications services. We helped meet this need by providing our clients with Power and Communication complete project services: consulting, design, project management, startup, and testing and commissioning.

The team works with a variety of utility and communication partners, possessing a client-focused leadership team and a solid reputation in the industry while maintaining ongoing key licenses and certifications, employing and retaining talented individuals, and covering an international footprint.
While Scott leads the company as President and majority stockholder, he stays in direct contact with our clients by providing engineering, project management, and business consulting services for both the power engineering and telecommunications industries.
Scott, along with Craig Trowbridge and David Bowles (Founder) patented SCADA-related system, Utility Management Sentinel.
Scott graduated magna cum laude with a BSEE with minors in Mathematics and several other engineering disciplines, and an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Planning from Indiana University.
Whether our team is working in the office, or conducting field testing around energized apparatus, our motto is the same: "ALWAYS be attentive of your surroundings".
Continuous learning from webinars or on-the-job site training enhances our understanding of work zone safety including OSHA regulations, installation of key assets, and O&M topics.
We require all employees to participate in monthly safety meetings to ensure safety is an ongoing PRIORITY.
