Reduce your electrical costs +75% by replacing/adding one pump or the complete pumping station. Commission new systems and troubleshoot loss of performance and/or supervise repair of existing systems. Evaluate existing pumping systems by measuring pressure, flow & amps for max energy reductions. Apply for generous rebates to offset cost of energy study and/or implementation for energy improvements.
We are a totally independent company that only provides professional engineering advice and recommendations for all of your pumping systems and major components, including pumps, mechanical seals, bladder tanks, control valves, control logic and VFD applications and operation. Our goal is to provide the client with all required information that will result in a most reliable and energy efficient pumping system that can be procured through competitive bidding from proven quality suppliers.

Most important is ensuring a complete understanding and agreement of the client's desired future goals and expectations for a replacement/rerated/upgraded system.
Verifying the actual flows, pressures and amp draw on an existing system is the only way to confirm pump performance, system requirements and energy costs over an operational time period and/or to select the best upgrade/replacement options for the future.

Most electrical utilities are required by the local (State) regulatory authority to provide generous rebates to their client base to encourage energy reducing alternatives by upgrading, rerating or replacing their existing systems, with a more efficient design.
This may include a correctly sized pump with a lower motor HP rating.
Additional rebates are provided if the motor meets the required efficiency rating, and labeled as a "Premium Efficiency" (PE) design.
A variable frequency drive (VFD) will add even more to this rebate.
