We are currently focusing on smaller projects, grading & drainage plans for individual home construction, soil erosion & sediment control plans, property line surveys, PA DEP Permits, and flood elevation evaluations.

Chandler's Crossing - 64 unit townhouse development.
Located on Sweinhart Road and Cleaver Road in Douglass Township, Montgomery County.
We provided development plans for the townhouses, 1650 feet of new street, design for all on-site storm sewer, sanitary sewer and public water supply.
We also provided plans for the construction of 4300 feet of 12 diameter off-site water main.
Colonial Ridge (Section II & III) - 119 lot subdivision for single family homes.
Located on Rosenberry Road, New Hanover Square Road, and Swamp Pike in New Hanover Township.
