Jenn Smith is the third generation running SCE serving as President & Business Development of the company.
Jenn earned her Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and spent ten years working for the National Association of Convenience Stores serving multiple roles as an information technology coordinator, a programming and education manager overseeing the coordination and management of a multitude of industry events and a the retail membership manager connecting with members in the industry.

He ran multiple businesses throughout high school and college, while working as a technician and inspector for SCE.
Through this experience, he learned the basics of business development, construction inspections and engineering.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee with a concentration in Geology in 2005 and worked as a project manager at Environmental Consultants and Contractors (ECC) a leading environmental consulting company for 4 years.
He ran multiple businesses throughout high school and college, while working as a technician and inspector for SCE.
Through this experience, he learned the basics of business development, construction inspections and engineering.
