The NYS Office of General Services selected FPM to provide Environmental Remediation Services for a waste tire dump site on Long Island. FPM conducted environmental investigations and remediation of a former wire manufacturing facility now transformed into a premiere Manhattan retail center under NYSDEC's Brownfield Cleanup Program. FPM provided multi-disciplined A/E Services to the United States Postal Service for the Renovation and Expansion of the St. James Main Post Office, NY.

FPM provided environmental investigation and remediation services during closure of a Major Oil Storage Facility on Long Island, resulting in a property suitable for residential redevelopment. FPM evaluated viable alternatives for the HVAC systems at the Field House Building located at Bethpage State Park for the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation.
