Pearson Engineering Associates, Inc. (PEA) is a dual discipline firm whose history has shown dedication to quality electrical and mechanical design since 1969.

We work with our clients to restore the buildings of our past and create the new buildings of today and tomorrow.
Our LEED accredited professionals work closely with the architect to insure that appropriate strategies are implemented in our design in order to get points that will achieve the LEED Certification level goals established for the project.
In some cases the traditional design/bid/build project delivery method does not fit a client schedule or other requirements.
In these cases we have a track record dating back almost 30 years for delivering projects through several versions of the popular design/build delivery method.

This new 4-story $25M project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
Pearson Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering for this 134,600 S.F Two-Story Entertainment Center in Maricopa, AZ.
The facility includes a 60,000 SF (12) Theater Cinema, a 33,000 S.F (24) lane Bowling Center with a 3,000 S.F kitchen, approximately 10,000 S.F of Common Area, a 9,600 S.F Arcade/Laser Tag room, and approximately 22,000 S.F of general retail and administration space.
