Koga Engineering, although licensed to do both Engineering and Building construction, concentrates primarily on construction projects involving excavation, utilities and roadwork.

Work is obtained through competitive bidding and negotiating various types of contracts (fixed price, cost-plus, unit price, design-build, etc.). Clients include governmental agencies (Federal, State and County), private developers and private industry.
The company has offices in Honolulu, Kauai, and Hawaii Island. Koga Engineering is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Masons and Carpenters master agreements. Koga Engineering is also an active member of the General Contractors Association (GCA) of Hawaii, which is the local chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America.
