Shaw has over thirty five years of experience in new product development, system engineering, system design, design for manufacturing and reliability. Dr. Makaremi has held positions of director of engineering, senior system engineer, designer and consultant for such companies as Maxitrol, Takapou Control systems, Newport Corporation, ClipperWind Power Technology, Calient Technologies and Pacific Design Technologies.
Dr Makaremi is also an educator; he has lectured and conducted courses in electrical engineering at Cal Poly, UCSB and presently at ITT Institute of Technology. Shaw chooses to live in an environment of dedication, excitement and passion.
