Services
In 1995, our company's founder, Gary Nealis had a vision: Create a mechanical and electrical engineering firm that would be large enough to operate efficiently, but small enough to offer clients the personal attention they deserve.
Today, under the leadership of Gary's long-time associate, Jason VanBrocklin, PE, the company continues to offer highly responsive service to select clients.
Additional 100 small projects per year to help us maintain our proficiency in diverse sectors.

As an architect, I look for engineering that is creative, contemporary and fits with and supports the design effort.
As an owner, I appreciate value and consistency from our service providers.
I believe we've found that with Nealis.
We offer professional engineering services for a limited number of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects each year.
By not overextending ourselves, we ensure that our clients receive the attention to detail they have come to expect from Nealis Engineering.
