SEA provides you with reliability predictions (MTBF), system availability, and software reliability analysis that will satisfy the requirements of Telcordia, FDA, ISO or NASA/DOD standards.
We can also help you establish product support strategies that will maximize your reliability image in your marketplace.
SEA can provide reliability predictions that allows you to understand how parameters such as temperature, stress, part quality, packaging and environment come together to influence product reliability and how these can be modeled to determine how each effects system uptime.

Whether you're designing new equipment or modifying existing equipment, with accelerated reliability test techniques you can get a reliable product to market faster.
Using our technical expertise, coupled with new HALT/HASS techniques, we can cost-effectively put your product through its paces to find its performance and production screening limitations.
These new techniques use environmental stresses to stimulate failures rather than simulating use environments.
The focus of testing is to rapidly produce failures in a meaningful way, analyze them and suggest corrective action to increase product robustness and durability.

SEA provides complete end-to-end HALT/HASS test fixtures solutions including board level, power supply and system level solutions.
SEA designs fixtures using extruded aluminum to provide the best possible transfer of vibration and temperature with minimum mass.
To design a fixture, we will discuss your needs with you and provide a number of options before developing the final design.
To create a final design we usually need a prototype of the UUT to make sure of its fit and function in the fixture and how it will work within the chamber you select.
