Project Description: Palm Breeze was a 151 acre multi-phased development with 634 residential units, located within the City of Fort Pierce.
HSQ was the civil engineering firm that designed the master infrastructure for the overall development.
This included approximately 52,800 linear feet of water distribution, sewage collection and transmission systems.
The project also included the design of two (2) master on-site pump stations (20+ Feet Deep Wet Wells).
The development involved on-site wetland mitigation as part of the earthwork operations.
