Katherine joined CEDAR Structural, Inc. in April of 2019 as a Structural Designer.
She holds a B.S. of Civil Engineering from CSU Chico and is looking forward to becoming a licensed Professional Engineer in California.
While earning her degree, Katherine built a strong foundation in Statics, Hydrology, and Concrete design, both as a student and a professor's assistant.
She has since further expanded her experience through plan review, drafting, and structural design.
She finds the structural design of residential and commercial homes to be a satisfying undertaking and is particularly passionate about designs that incorporate green technologies such as solar panels and rooftop gardens.
