Marine Engineering and Design is one of MSCorp's core competencies.
We have been doing it for over 45 years!
Our dedicated staff of professionals are experts in Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment as well as Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems integration.
From concept development and advanced planning, through ship checks, design, installation and testing, MSCorp provides experienced Program Management level support to all of our customers throughout the life of a project.
MSCorp provides expert on-site representation for customers across the United States, from the East Coast to the West Coast and throughout the Gulf Coast region.
Our staff is intimately familiar with all phases of shipbuilding, ship repair and ship modernization.
When on-site, we are the "eyes and ears" for our customers.
In a typical on-site representation scenario, we ensure all pertinent rules and regulations are not only understood but that they are being adhered to.
We verify all deliverables are being built in accordance with specifications, and that the product will meet or exceed customer expectations.
While the majority of engineering work is based on logically proven laws and mathematically expressed equations, being able to translate the equation and all of its intent into a technically sound and grammatically correct sentence is not as easy as understanding the formula.
Specification writing draws on many diverse topics, e.g., project management, engineering practice, law, civics, grammar, word usage, and even philosophy.
MSCorp's cadre of Subject Matter Experts (SME) have considerable experience in writing a variety of technical sole source, competitive bid, performance, & design specifications for our US Navy (including the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD)) and non-military marine customers.
The MSCorp Virtual Tour is an easy to use standalone or server-based tour program.
Unlike other virtual tours currently on the market, MSCorp virtual tours span the full gambit of functionality - from being movie oriented to being completely data dependent.
Our data oriented tours are fully automated so that when new data is input into the tour, the user does not have to update the tour at all - just specify the new data set location and the output directory.
It is the flexibility and robustness of the MSCorp Virtual Tour that enables it to be used in almost any environment for any application.
