Scott has lived and worked in Virginia for the past 20 years, is a Certified Floodplain Manager and LEED Accredited Professional in addition to being certified as a professional civil engineer in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, Oregon and United States Virgin Islands.
He is design engineer of record on multiple similar civil, floodplain, stream, dam and stormwater engineering projects and has managed and help execute both small and large scale water resource engineering projects for municipalities, military installations and private clients.
