In 2005, an affiliate company DDG Virginia Engineering, PC was formed to expand the market coverage of the very successful and competitive design services offered by DDG Engineering, Inc. DDG Virginia Engineering specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection System design.

Mark has lived in the DC metro area since 1996 and has worked at two of the largest engineering firms in the area as an electrical engineer.
His design experience includes hundreds of commercial, educational, government, restaurant, and retail facilities.
Mark has also worked in sales where he gained expert experience in lighting systems, control panels, dimming systems, occupancy sensing and daylight controls.

Design of multiple office renovations in this 12 story non-sprinklered office building, including upgrades to core areas and base building systems.
Tenant scope included standard office fitouts including enclosed offices, large conference areas, pantries, and server rooms.
Server rooms were served by dedicated glycol-cooled A/C units.
Base building scope included VAV terminal replacements, energy management system upgrade, ADA bathroom and core corridor upgrades, and the addition of sprinkler systems for renovated areas.
