Vladimir Sivriver came to the United States from Moldova in 1991 and began working for the city of New Ulm.
After working in the public and private sectors as a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor, Vladimir founded EDS, Inc. in 2004 to provide quality engineering and land surveying services to the Twin Cities and surrounding communities.

For this new 10-lot plat EDS, Inc. created 12-pages of plans including a topographic survey of existing conditions, wetland delineation, street plan and profile, sanitary sewer plan and profile, storm sewer plan and profile, watermain plan and profile, tree preservation plan, utility plan, grading plan, and erosion control plan.

EDS surveyed our lot and provided us with a legal description to resolve an issue where the previous owner had placed part of the driveway on a city easement.
