Mr. Warren's career as a civil engineer started as a co-op student working with Southern Railway in 1980. Over the next several years, he gained broad civil experience in design, construction and environmental operations with Norfolk Southern. Mr. Tuggle is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is experienced in structures, design, and field representation for numerous projects within the area.
Mr. Floyd has over 20 years of experience as an engineering designer, including utilities (water and sewer lines), site design, layout and drainage assistance for numerous facilities within the area.
