Our shop capabilities include CNC machining and component fabrication for prototype and small production runs in addition to mechanical assembly services. We have the flexibility to create methods for unique part requirements that would typically not be performed in a production environment. Whether you require a gage, tool, jig or fixture for assembly, work holding or welding, Progress, Inc. can support your manufacturing needs.

We can machine and build your design or you can utilize our services for fixture design and/or build. Progress, Inc. provides design services in mechanical, electromechanical, electronic packaging, metal and plastic components, mechanisms, drafting and more. Our product designers specialize in complex surfaces and shapes, so prominent in products of today.

We will work on an entire development project or assist your engineers on portions of a project. We can offer a variety of options for prototyping based on your needs and pre-production requirements.

New Company Name Announced - We are moving forward.
Our engineers and designers design your product creating a 3D CAD model with built-in intelligence and flexibility.
Using SolidWorks CAD design tools, part and assembly models will be associative and reflect the design intent crucial to your product's success.
Our engineers can work as part of your engineering team or independently.
These robust CAD models can be used for everything from prototyping to production.
Electronic Packaging design includes packaging of chassis, enclosures, mother and daughter board definition, including thermal design and airflow/cooling characteristics.
We can assist with printed circuit layout by developing the mechanical definition of the board, connector placements, mounting hole locations and keep out areas.
Progress engineers will develop rack mounted enclosures and custom enclosures; both metal and plastic molded are designed with consideration for EMI/RFI requirements.
Many times it is often necessary to check, test and evaluate a design.
Having a physical model in hand is worth the possibility of finding some undesired features in a design especially in a hand held or consumer device.
While a 3D CAD model eliminates many design issues, a physical model allows the "feel" factor.
There are many prototyping methods and materials available and Progress takes the time to explore the options with you.
Whether your product is comprised of one or many components we will recommend the best prototyping method that will satisfy your requirements.
Our shop capabilities include CNC machining and component fabrication for prototype and small production runs in addition to mechanical assembly services.
With our own engineering group supporting our Manufacturing department we have the flexibility to create methods for unique part requirements that would typically not be performed in a production environment.
Our shop has well trained operators and is equiped with state-of-the-art HAAS vertical machining centers and CNC lathes to meet our customers machining needs.
