Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) : To safeguard against environmental liabilities and protect the investment and properties of prospective buyers, sellers, lenders, owners and/or insurers, we frequently conduct reasonable and appropriate investigations of the current and pas environmental conditions, including the previous properties use.
GETI has the competence and experience to conduct such investigations, generally included under Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III studies.
