In business since 1969, RIM Engineering is a family business which has designed over 24 miles of roads in Mansfield alone. We have been designing residential and commercial projects for 50 years in Southeastern Massachusetts. RIM Engineering handles all aspects of the project from Land Surveying to Civil Engineering, presenting the project to various town boards and committees.
Ralph Maloon has been a Civil Engineer since 1960 and has been designing roadways, utilities, and on-site septic systems. In 1966, Ralph became a Registered Land Surveyor, and as such has performed boundary surveys, land court surveys, testified in Superior Court and is one of few Surveyors to testify before the Massachusetts Land Court in boundary matters.
Ralph has also been a member of the Mansfield Planning Board, helping to draft the Town Charter. Craig has been with the company since 1982 and became a Registered Land Surveyor in 1998. As such, he has performed boundary surveys, land court surveys as well as construction layout and design.
