Now we have created the even Tougher Ex80 and it's the easiest to use and most accurate yet. You need a Max Engineering Inc wheel dressing machine. CNC/Ball Screw driven Y-axis (Controls Diametrical position of Diamond or CBN wheel, This allows for basic inside dressing between wheels in a tight wheel pack). CNC/Ball Screw driven Z-axis (This allows for a soft axis to enable Advanced inside dressing between wheels in a tight wheel pack.)

Wheel dressing accuracy is critical to that goal, and having a direct interface between the wheel adapter and the spindle that eliminates a secondary removable adapter between them means higher accuracy.
