Relocated to Kingston in 1992 with Brinnier & Larios, PC.
Started Stinemire Engineering in January of 2005 with the goal of providing quality Civil and Structural Engineering services in the Hudson Valley.
Over twenty years experience in the construction/metal fabrication field.
