This is followed by helping our clients pursue both grant and loan funding from various sources including state and federal funding programs such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and Energy/Mineral Impact Assistance Fund (EIAF) through the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), together with the Small Communities Grant (SCG), Water Quality Improvement Fund (WQIF) and State Revolving Fund programs through the Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority (CWR&PDA) and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
