We were founded by Army veteran and native San Antonian, Thomas Flores.

Mr. Thomas Flores is a registered professional civil engineer and land surveyor in the state of Texas.
Originally born in Beeville, Texas in 1945 Mr. Flores grew up in San Antonio and then enlisted in the Army and separated from the military as a Captain as a commissioned officer in the Corp of Engineers.
After his military career Mr. Flores enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Flores eventually returned home to San Antonio where he and a partner decided to open their own consulting and civil engineering firm in 1982, which shortly after Mr. Flores acquired sole ownership.
