Chris received a BS in Civil Engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University in 1990.
Chris joins the Coneco team with 30+ years of experience in civil engineering consulting having managed all aspects of Land Development and Transportation projects throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Chris has extensive experience with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MADEP) Stormwater Regulations, AASHTO Highway Design Manual, and Wetlands Protection Act, 310 CMR 10.00.
Chris is also a certified Soil Evaluator in Massachusetts.
