Scope of work included the excavation and re-compaction of the perimeter of 21 Storm Drain and 7 drive way aprons.
Work also included the manufacturing and installation of fossil filter system for each Storm Drain Insert. The Fossil filters is a water filtration system that uses eco-friendly materials to remove oil, hydrocarbons and toxins from the water. This was a Design Build project for consolidating hazardous waste collection facilities at Point Mugu, NBVC, CA.
This project included:The removal of eight obsolete temporary 90-day hazardous material storage facilities The repairs to buildings 383 and 383A at Point Mugu. We removed and replaced 47,000 SF of roadway along Ellis Drive and Ragsdale Road. An additional 47,000 SF of roadway was rehabilitated with a 6 overlay placed on the lower portion of the existing roadway.
