Services
Our History Our first Fire Safety Consultancy, which developed into Force Fire Consultancy Ltd. in 1996, was established in 1977 by fire safety officers serving in the London Fire Brigade.
It was clear to these officers that the new Fire Precautions Act 1971 was causing great difficulties to building owners and occupiers on whom the fire authorities imposed requirements, often onerous requirements.
Negotiate away onerous installations like fire-resisting lobbies to staircase enclosures and even staircases when one was sufficient.

Known also as the Fire Safety Order, the Law applies to all premises in the UK where people resort.
Scotland and N Ireland have different Laws to England and Wales with all requiring responsible persons to self-regulate fire safety in their premises.
The Law is generally enforced by the fire authority for the area where the premises is situated.
A formal application for approval must be made including plans showing all fire safety provisions.
Building Control Officers will not design your scheme for you, and may not even give advice on how to get your scheme to comply.

Our unique Fire Safety Management service provides an easy way for you to comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
The Fire Risk Assessment is just the starting point of Fire Safety Management at your premises; all other compliance needs flow from this.
You need to have a Fire Emergency Plan for dealing with any fire situation.
The purpose of a Fire Emergency Plan is to ensure that the people in your premises know what to do if there is a fire and that the premises can be safely evacuated.

Force Fire Consultancy has in-house AutoCAD Certified CAD drawing office staff.
Their expertise and experience is one of the best in the industry.
Many Fire Authorities have used our drawings for the preparation of fire certificates and prior to the change in Fire Law were considering to use our CAD services instead of their high cost staffing in CAD Departments.
We can produce drawings that will satisfy the Fire Safety Regulatory Reform Act.
We can review and survey your building if necessary and can also supply drawings to compliment a Fire Risk Assessment Report to highlight areas of risk and to identify fire items that should be maintained on an ongoing basis.

Manual handling is one of the most common causes of injury at work: over a third of all workplace injuries including Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) such as upper and lower limb pain/disorders, joint and repetitive strain injuries.
Hazardous substances can affect anyone within the workplace, not just those who handle them regularly.
Advice for all parties involved in new buildings and extension to existing premises.
