The Pirate City projects have consisted of ongoing improvements and expansions of the Pirates Spring Training facilities. Over the years, ZNS Engineering has been contracted to perform Survey, Land Planning Services, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Construction Administration. Land Planning services included consultation, coordination and representation with regard to City of Bradenton planning approvals as well as helping the Pirates build a vision of the future spring training facilities.
Engineering plans included site, clearing and demolition, grading/drainage, sanitary/water and applicable detail sheets.
