By establishing a vision, mission and strategic goals, the Council identifies the purpose to which it aspires.
The strategic plan is reviewed annually to determine the progress being made and if changes are necessary.
The Executive Committee and Board of Directors monitor the progress of the plan and report the progress to the general membership periodically throughout the year to promote its objectives.
