Rafael Coelho, PE earned his bachelor degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the State University of the North Fluminense, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
In Brazil, he worked at the offshore company Prosenge Engenharia serving as a Mechanical Engineer supervising manufacturing process and quality of products thru non-destructive tests and weld inspections required per Petrobras (Petroleum multinational corporation) standards and per Welding Technology Brazilian Foundation.
In 2008, Mr. Coelho became part of Cetech Engineers Team, performing the Mechanical and Plumbing design, and managing the MEP project quality for over 6 years.
