I made numerous efforts to try and find an entry-level structural engineer; I advertised on the internet, talked to a handful of colleges with engineering programs and posted ads on their websites, and I put ads in local newspapers and nothing was working.
A college professor of mine recommended Brian to me so I called and spoke with him and just a few weeks later he had some potential candidates for me to speak with.
