Phil earned his BSME/Materials Science degree from University of California, Davis and has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers and technicians developing products for leading brands including Warn Industries, Fox Racing Shox, BAE, and Manitowoc.
Phil's deep knowledge and passion for elegant design, product testing and validation, and production startup have led to award winning designs in the medical, consumer products, industrial, military and automotive markets.
