With the completion of each PM on your machine tools, you will receive in book form written report and an electronic file wilt be kept at Bearden Engineering Inc.

You can send us your spindle for rebuild or we can come to your facility, diagnose your spindle using our vibration analyzers and heat testing equipment.
If our test indicates that your spindle needs to be rebuilt, we will give you a written quote within 24 hours of completion.
If you decide to rebuild your spindle we will remove it from your machine tool, take it to our facilities and rebuild it using only OEM Specified Bearings and grease.

All actuators repaired are fully pressure tested and checked for run out to insure that when it is reinstalled it will perform like new.
