Mr. Fitzgerald is a NBIS certified bridge inspection team leader and has performed hundreds of bridge inspections throughout New Jersey for NJDOT and New York for NYSDOT. Mr. Fitzgerald has performed construction management services on several large marine rehabilitation projects throughout New Jersey. He received his BS in engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Mr. Fitzgerald is an active member of ASCE, NSPE and COPRI. Consisting of professional engineers and ADCI certified commercial divers, our staff has extensive expertise in performing condition assessments of bridges, culverts, piers and bulkheads. We have conducted inspections on structures ranging in size from 5 feet long up to 10,000 feet in length, including pipe culverts, complex/movable bridges and fracture critical bridges crossing large navigable waterways.
