Sunde Engineering is a civil and environmental engineering firm located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Since 1984, we have been providing developers, architects, landowners, and municipalities innovative engineering design throughout the Midwest. Our civil group provides a full range of civil engineering design and construction management services for private and public clients.

We partner with our clients in developing cost effective design solutions with attention to detail. We prepare site grading and utility plans for all sizes of projects including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and recreational developments. Our staff includes experts in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. We use our experience and technical expertise in the analysis and design of storm sewers and culverts, open channels analysis, erosion protection, inlet control, and outfall structures.

State of the art computer models allow us to develop dynamic management of storm water and wastewater systems. Permitting requirements often include local land use authorities, watershed districts, as well as state and federal agencies including Department of Transportation, Pollution Control, Natural Resources, Health Department, and Army Corps of Engineers.
