During his 30-year career, Mr. McCarthy has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering for both public and private sector clients.
Mr. McCarthy also serves as a Municipal Engineer and has assisted numerous municipalities and authorities throughout Pennsylvania.
Projects include: annual road programs, curb and sidewalk rehabilitation, handicapped ramps, Penn DOT turn backs, bridge inspections, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, pumping stations, waste water treatment facilities, storm sewer upgrades, stream bank stabilization, annual maintenance programs, PENNVEST projects, CDBG grants, park rehabilitation, roadway design and various other capital improvement projects.
