In 1996, Ed von Dran completed 20 years of service to our country, having served as both enlisted and officer this "Mustang" struck out to find new challenges.
His interest in the environment and sensor technology drove our initial environmental geophysics core business.
Ed recognized to drive business forward stronger credentials and further education were necessary.
With an advanced degree and professional licensure, Ed revitalized the firm and to show its new direction and strength renamed it Alpha Terra Engineering, Inc. (ATEI).
